How ordering works

  1. Add pieces to the cart in the shop, then fill in the form below.
  2. We check stock and the delivery date and email you within one working day.
  3. Pay through the secure link once you are happy with the total. Nothing is charged before that.
  4. We book the delivery or a collection time that suits you.

Ordering by phone works the same way, and you receive the same confirmation email.
