2. What we collect

When you place an order we receive your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, the items ordered and any notes you add. If you write or call, we keep the message and our reply. Our web server records IP addresses and browser details for security; these logs are not used to identify visitors.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To confirm, deliver and, where needed, refund your order: performance of a contract.
• To keep sales and VAT records required by HMRC: legal obligation.
• To protect the website and checkout from misuse: legitimate interests.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent personal data.

4. Who receives it

Your address and phone number go to our delivery team or courier. Payment is taken by a regulated payment provider through the secure link we email you; we never see full card numbers. Our email, hosting and accounting providers process data on our instructions, in the UK or under approved safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Server logs are cleared after 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. We reply within one month.
