Terms and conditions of sale
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Coedomatsumur Ltd (company number 15482736, registered office 8 Lovett Way, London NW10 0UJ) through this website, by email or by telephone. Please read them before you send an order.
2. How a contract is made
The checkout form sends us an order request. A contract exists only once we have emailed you an order confirmation and you have paid through the secure payment link. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT; delivery is shown before you pay. If an item is priced wrongly by an obvious error, we will tell you before accepting the order.
3. Delivery
Dispatch times are given on each product. We contact you to book furniture deliveries. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. If we fail to deliver within 30 days of the agreed date, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
4. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an order for stock items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return the goods unused within a further 14 days; we refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them. The cost of returning items you have changed your mind about is yours.
Curtains and blinds made to your measurements are personalised goods. They cannot be cancelled once you have approved the quote and cutting has started. This does not affect your rights if they are faulty.
5. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. You may reject faulty goods within 30 days for a refund, and after that ask for a repair or replacement. Our five year furniture guarantee is in addition to these rights. Natural variation in grain, glaze or linen is not a fault.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
